Orders will ship 3 to 7 days after receipt of order and payment unless specific arrangements have been made.
Bouquets are shipped using next business day or two day delivery via FED EX, whenever possible.
Other items are shipped priority mail 2-3 day service via USPS.
We are not responsible for any failures, errors or delays made by third party shipping companies.
Please read opening instruction before opening bouquet boxes.
Please unwrap and remove your plants from your box upon arrival. They don’t like being in the dark box for prolonged periods of time.
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds or returns on plants. If an item arrives damaged (this does not include minor imperfections such as small spots, streaks, or slight color shade variations), please provide images of the damage and contact us via e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to make a claim within 48 hours will nullify any potential refunds or credits. Credits or refunds will be made at the discretion of Urban Succulents. Shipping, credit card fees and PayPal costs will be deducted unless the item purchased was faulty or damaged. We do not refund shipping costs, even in instances where a third party delivery company is late delivering a shipment.
